2. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is processed to ensure operation, analyse errors and defend against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after 30 days at the latest unless required to investigate a security incident.
3. Request, registration and contact forms
When you request a construction service as a company, register as a professional or write to us via the contact form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, company, phone, e-mail, trade, site location, message and, for registration, qualifications and availability). The purpose is to handle your request, prepare a quote, add you to our pool of professionals and assign you to construction sites. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for documentation and abuse prevention; the contact form additionally stores your IP address.
4. Website chat
You can ask us questions via the chat window. Messages are stored on our server and linked to a technical session (session cookie). No data is transmitted to external chat services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
5. Phone, WhatsApp and e-mail
If you contact us by phone, e-mail or via the WhatsApp link, we process your contact details and the content of the communication to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also applies; please only use this channel if you agree to it.
6. Third-party fonts and icons
For a consistent appearance this website uses Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Font Awesome via the cdnjs content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc.). When loading, your IP address is transmitted to these providers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in fast, consistent presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; the providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies: a session cookie for forms, the chat and the login to the professionals portal. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used. Your language choice is derived from the URL and is not stored.
8. Retention period
We delete requests and contact messages no later than 12 months after processing is complete. Data of registered professionals is stored for the duration of the cooperation and deleted on request or 24 months after the last activity. Statutory retention periods (e.g. 6 to 10 years under commercial and tax law) remain unaffected.
9. Recipients
Within our company, only the staff handling your request have access. External recipients are our hosting provider (processor under Art. 28 GDPR) and, in the case of an assignment, the respective client (construction site) to which we deploy professionals. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
11. No automated decision-making
We do not make automated individual decisions and do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Professionals are assigned to construction sites by our coordinators.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when the legal situation or our processing changes. The version published on this page applies.
